Safe control of conveying speed

Many intralogistics systems are optimised in terms of space usage and run on different height levels. Many customers use driven conveyor rollers on flat conveyor lines to achieve higher speeds.

The reverse then applies when goods and products reach a gradient. Here the flow of goods has to be braked reliably to bring them safely to the lower conveying level at a speed that fits in with the process rate. Brake rollers by AQS Logistic Systems have brought this technology to perfection. Our products reliably and safely brake both lightweight items from 200 g and also heavyweights of up to 2.4 tons. You won't find this weight range with any other supplier at the moment.

Brake rollers 32 mm

  • Specially developed for the weight class between 200 g and 35 kg (containers and cartons) - unique on the market!
  • Diameter: 32 mm
  • For speed control on non-powered gravity tracks
  • More cost effective and less prone to defects than powered conveyors
  • Extremely easy to get the goods moving again
  • Simple integration in T = 33 mm roller tracks thanks to slot-in system: remove the rollers and insert the brake rollers
  • Very quiet operation
  • Extremely safe handling of goods even for sensitive items
